I had a connection problem after an update and they fixed it. Works amazing. Best products to design out of all the apps and love the auto publish feature. The technical team is magnificent!

I use the Contrado app for syncing my homeware designs to my shop on Shopify. I ordered a lot of lampshades and they came really fast. The digital print quality was great in terms of colour and definition. Each one was packed carefully which is great for my customers.

This Contrado app is a fantastic bridge between Shopify and their manufacturing team Bags of Love. They have a incredibly large range of diverse products to put your custom designs on. The site mechanics are simple and intuitive and have been updated since I started to use the website, getting better all the time. They have their own selling platform plus great and easy-to-use links to Shopify, which is a major win for my business.
I have been using this website for a while now and the customer experience right through from the start has been first-rate. The customer service team are diligent and caring and the design team work hard to make sure they produce the best products to send out to their customers. They have all been wonderful to work with and very easy to work with and communicate with, helping to guide where needed. I would absolutely recommend this company to all (and I do!)

I'm truly amazed about this app! I was looking for Print-On-Demand products that are special and I found them on Contrado. The range of products is huge and I started with a few samples and I was blown away by the quality! The app is very well structured, maybe it needs a bit time for total newbies to handle it, but I don't have any problems with it. Great work, and the support is awesome, Deepa is superfriendly and very quick in answering any questions that you might have. I can't recommend Contrado enough - as you can see I'm totally excited! :)

I actually feel like real people work at Contrado and they want to help and do a great job. They respond via email and check products for problems before sending them. Wow, what a great concept quality control before it gets to me or my customers! Yes. The only thing I would like to be different is any easier bulk designing process, the unique descriptor process, and more clothing with natural fiber options cotton, muslin, silk. Would also love to have an AOP womens shirt with a collar in a natural fabric (Or as an option).

We also have lots of natural fiber options (silk georgette scarves, sarongs, Silk Satin slip dresses, cotton tshirts and more like vegan leather or real leather pochettes and bags, and more :) )
I am very impressed with the quality of the products I ordered with a test pattern on a duffle bag and an AOP t-shirt with the metal tin. All pretty well done and they have great support. I'm hoping this company sticks around so I can build a brand around my designs with these great products. Keep it up Contrado.

Contrado has the most beautiful products and very friendly support. No matter what the concern, it is handled immediately and solved promptly. For me one of the best POD providers!

I'm about to launch my store in November, using the Contrado app. Deepa (and sometimes the IT team also) at Contrado has been helping me patiently through my many email queries since I started building the store in May – so, so helpful. The customer service has been excellent. I look forward to seeing how the customer journey and customer reviews for the Contrado products go once I've launched...I'll review again after that! In the meantime, I can confirm that my experience with Contrado has been fab.

I was looking for a print on demand provider that offered a more varied selection of products to work with. When I found Contrado it was ideal for most of what I wanted to create. As well as the product selection their design app was well designed and easy to use. When I did run into a few things that I needed help with their support staff was excellent as well which was refreshing.
