As a user of the Conversagent app, I’ve been impressed with how easy it is to set up and manage chatbots. The interface is user-friendly, and I didn’t need a lot of technical knowledge to get started. One of the best things is how it has improved my customer service experience—I can offer 24/7 support, and response times have drastically reduced. The customization options allow me to create conversations that feel personalized and match my brand's tone, which is a huge plus.

I’ve been using it for 1-2 weeks, and so far, I’m satisfied with the AI chat. I believe this is the best value-for-money chatbot for Shopify stores. Unlike the others I tried, which have product quantity limitations in smaller plans, this one has no such restrictions, and that’s very important. What I find useful would be the option to display current promotions or various offers in the chat bubble. I’m sure this feature will be available in the future.

We have been testing this app for several weeks and have made it our effective chat assistant tool and are very happy with the results. Once you calibrate it properly and streamline your website information, the app can fluenty read through the information to understand complex customer questions and provide clear answers. The app also absorbs your catalogue info incredibly and product suggestions are very pertinent to the conversation, this is actually the most valuable feature of this app. The customer support is also amazing. For those who are new to Chat Gpt based chat bots this is the app to go as the configuration is incredibly simple yet you can make important customizations to better address your business needs. I would advise to take full advantage of the trial period and customer support to calibrate the app for your website, it will be worth it. They also made some cool improvements to the Knowledge base forms that we are about to test.

Easy to implement and get support.
Overall impressed with the Conversagent app!
We have tried other Apps, but this is the best solution for us.

It is a great asset for any e-commerce site interested in having a virtual agent.

We are new to Shopify and feel like we've been stuck in the stone ages. While we’ve been aware of ChatGPT and how amazing it is, I still associate it with the old automated answering systems of the past, which often provided answers completely out of context. But those days are gone! Conversagent now provides "near-human" support automatically. For a small monthly fee, it's like having a 24/7 employee and cheerleader for our company. Count me in!

Very happy with the support. First the app didnt work with the products i sell but just 1 email sent and the problem was fixed. Very good chatbot recommended. Very good price as well.

I have 100,000 products in my store, and my tags usually don't find all my products. This app is a useful tool for suggesting options to the customer. Interestingly, it can automatically read and summarize the product pages for the client. I'd like to have more time to continue testing it.

Amazing piece of software. It's something that is very exciting for both me as a owner and also my customers. I've been amazed with the initial quality and how fast the chat bot learns. Set up was unbelievably easy absolutely flawless. This is something that I am excited about and can't wait to see what grows into.
