We are currently trialling the app and love it. The AI has been answering customers questions like a storm. The replies are up to date to our current product promotions, etc. The team is very supportive. Looking forward to see their next integration with Shopify Inbox.

I’ve been using it for 1-2 weeks, and so far, I’m satisfied with the AI chat. I believe this is the best value-for-money chatbot for Shopify stores. This is an amazing app that is just at the beginning of what it will be! With just some minor improvements this app will be able to do more than would be possible with a small customer support team!

Easy to implement and get support.
Overall impressed with the Conversagent app!
We have tried other Apps, but this is the best solution for us.

I have 100,000 products in my store, and my tags usually don't find all my products. This app is a useful tool for suggesting options to the customer. Interestingly, it can automatically read and summarize the product pages for the client. I'd like to have more time to continue testing it.

We started using this app and have found it beneficial for helping customers with generic questions that would normally come through to customer care or we would not even know about.

The service and support level is great, the team are always available to help and guide you, particularly as this was new to us.

I can see the value it adds to our business my having this available
