The app crashed as soon as we had an event, leaving us with frustrated customers and support staff scrambling. It isn't able to deal with large volumes of traffic.

Hi, I'm trying to use this app and I am unable to save any settings when configuring the app. I am unable to change the default timer length and other features.
I've tried contacting your support team via email, and chat and have received no response.
To your credit, the app worked fine for about a week, but after that we started running into issues.

I asked Bangash from Conversion Pro Plus team to help me replicate a certain element and he went above and beyond to achieve that, for an entire hour he just sought for solutions until eventually he found one.
