app not working
Really helpful and patient support who spent over an hour on Google Chat with me helping me to get everything correctly set up and resolve the issues in my Suspended Google Merchant Centre. It was too technical to manage those things so I got the best results from the app.
The app is good, but the support from the team made me feel impressed. I got support from them on the weekend. I was having an issue with the Merchant Center account connection, and they jumped on a call to help me out.
This app is user-friendly. I had a small issue with the product limit to sync, but they helped me understand and made the process smoother. They also provide the additional free limit as we requested.
I recently started using this app for my Google Shopping feeds, and I'm really satisfied with the results. Managing product uploads and updates has become much easier, and the integration with Shopify works well. The support team has been quick to schedule the Google Meet call with screen share and helped to get our 65k product sync in around 10 minutes.
