The support team for ConvertFlow has been extremely responsive and helpful any time we run into any questions or issues. Recently, a member of their support team, Santiago, helped us troubleshoot and remedy a segmenting issue on a site popup campaign. There are quite a few helpful (but sometimes hard to find) settings and specifications within the app, so it's always reassuring to know the team is there to help!
Really good app. There's a bit of a learning curve, but the tech support is very responsive and available. I'm using it for quizzes and promotions. Has been generating signups and conversions with a positive ROI.
AMAZING APP!! So many features that you can practically do anything custom you wish to achieve. But more importantly is their customer service specifically Santiago! i have ran into so many niche issues that it was outside of anyones control (needed things to happen a certain way that was outside of the app control) and let me tell you Santiago truly a genius!! He thinks outside the box and not just sends you an article and tells you go figure it out. He thinks the issue through and truly understands it and comes up with a solution that makes it work. i am so thankful for him and all his help. i usually don't write reviews, but because of Santiago i know i had to to let everyone know that this app is worth it and having him on your side would be worth every penny. thank you!
