The average rating is very unfair. CookieScript has been evolving, new features constantly rolled out and is super affordable, Google CMP partner. We moved almost 100 domains to CookieScript from other well known platforms and saved tons of money.
Strongly advise you to choose a different solution. Their support is designed to blame everything else than fixing their own solution. In fact their support is just auto denial AI that just irritates you more.
We manage to fix the cart issues caused by cookie script but than discovered a complete major show stopper which is breaking all conversion reports in Ga4 and Google Ads.
I really like the product, but this app is completely useless.
Does not integrate with the Customer Privacy API, so no apps or Shopify itself will know which consent choices a user has made.
Had much higher expectations from you guys and was super excited to try it out.. unfortunately I could not be any more disappointed than I am now. :(
Fortunately I have developed my own custom implementation which makes Cookie-Script usable in Shopify, so I will keep using the product.. just not the app at this point..
