The app is but only with destop when we use this app on mobile there is nothing availabe on mobile and the backend help team never responds back there is not any customer care number or chat section it's just only to put your money on waste

We explained that having additional Zoom tools could potentially affect our app's performance. Great app. I highly recommend it. I had a very small issue with the magnifying glass overlapping but one email to support was enough to have this issue sorted in less than a day.
Great app! Needed some help switching app to new theme and they had it done in about 30mins. Great easy product to use and adjust myself... but great customer service when help was needed.

Good app, it works fine!. At the beginning, it didn't work, but I contacted them and in less then 3 hours, everything it was sorted. I really appreciate their customer services, that is a key aspect for us!

Cool Image Magnifier functions beautifully, and helps my customers see the component parts of all my products clearly.
Simply loving it! I've reviewed a couple of image magnifier apps before cool image magnifier and needless to say - I think this one is the best! Cool indeed :)
I tried them all and this app worked the best for me. I'm at a disadvantage because some of my images are not very big so can't be magnified much. Not a fault of the app. A key point of my product line is the fabrics. It's important to me that my customer can get up close and personal to my products which are so rich with color and texture. This app does exactly what I need it to do!
I recently updated my theme. The products I sell have gorgeous packaging I want my customers to be able to examine and admire. Some of my products have multiple images and my magnifier was not allowing the arrows to function in order to scroll through the next image. I wrote them and they responded quickly, added a snippet of code and voila! My magnifier and my scroll arrows work perfectly. Thanks guys! Hilghly recommend.
