Great customer service, I have never dealt with another business with Customer Service like this... Live chat actually worked, dealt with 5 different people including the CEO to fix the problem. They really care about what they do. Customer Service is a dying art, as AI begins to naturally take over, you can feel the decline of care across businesses. I’ve been using this app on my Shopify store for quite some time, and it has become one of the most valuable tools in our stack.
