Our app will automate the return process for your store without contacting customer service.
You can easily manage returns with our self-service return portal. Customers can request returns without contacting customer service. Choose between refunding the original payment method or offering credit by gift card. Set a return time window and specify non-returnable product types or tags. Customers can request multiple returns per order, and you can enable automatic approval. Customize email templates and provide optional status notifications to customers.

We just started their app and what I can say this far is that is it very easy to set up and seem very well-made. Their customer service is very accomodating and fast to respond. 5 star for me!
We never received one single RMA in the app, even though customers tried. And we tested it ourselves. It never loads on the dashboard. We never received actual support either to make it work for us, so we are deleting it as essentially it does not work at all.
I never receive any support request from you. I will reach out.
