support service is terrible - 4 day I ask for help no one answers
This plugin is a scam. It does not function, and when I called the developer out on this, they simply sent me removal instructions.
All of the (suspiciously 5 star) reviews are most likely paid for.
Again, this plugin does not function and is a scam, and should be removed from the Shopify App Store.
Super Quick Support. Still in trial period and browsing of what this app can and cannot do. but overall satisfied with their help desk whenever we have question
The day i installed this app, shopify speed score went down from 57% to 25%. Thus, that affected overall conversion rate.
Scheduled google meet calls twice but I wait there for them in google meet to show up, but nobody show'd up.
Overall, it was working fine. But I had delete it.

The Support team and developers for this app are great and very helpful. We urgently needed assistance in getting this app installed and the team were exceptional in their delivery time.
I did not have any issue with the app itself, it worked without issues. Staff really supportive I really appreciate it.

Vijay and Shruti were super helpful! Even tho the app wasn't compatible with our theme at first, they went to work right away and everything was sorted in 30 minutes.

It's an amazing solution to the online store and it's great to be able to set prices according to country. The only problem is that multi country prices will not reflect in the POS app, this applies to any 3rd party as Shopify has not developed this yet. The customer service team are incredibly helpful, I managed to schedule a meeting within 8 hours, I spoke to a great team who knows what they're talking about!
