Quick and efficient support from Marvin, he quickly fixed the issue for me in a professional manner.
Things I was looking for in a pop up app: customizations on the free or $9 tier, mailchimp integrations, exit intent / page scroll pop up, and hide after conversion. This app does all of those things plus more. I also appreciate any app (like this one) that generously makes their features accessible to folks that are just starting out or may have fluctuating visitors. In the $9 tier, I can also do multiple popups, such as a popup for new subscribers, a pop up to remind folks to login at checkout, and various popups for other countries (in case you don't want to offer the same discounts to other countries).
Appreciate your generous tier options, Coupon X! Shopify is a great service, but it can easily add up when every app is a $10-50 monthly investment! Thanks for making this accessible to literally everyone.
Easy to setup, easy to use, you can use it for free, until you start actually getting customers. Fair. Highly Recommend!

It's only been about a week of usage but already have received orders from customers utilizing the discount codes provided from using this tool. It's user-friendly, great customization options, and can already see more cart engagements. Customer service is excellent with a quick response time and so far has answered all my questions. I look forward in continuing to use this product. Highly recommend!

I saw this app on another website and it looked really good and it also got me to sign up, so I thought I would try it on my own website too! It was super quick and easy to set up and it looks great on my site. I did have a question about where do the emails go after sign-up so I used the live chat function. While I waited (like 2 min) they offer you a game to play which was cool and something I have never seen done before. So that was a pretty cool twist! I would definitely recommend this app and give it 5 stars for ease of use and customer service.

The pop ups have a variety of customizations available even for free, services are wonderful and the people have great communication and are very helpful! I’d definetly recommend this to someone else. It is also very beginner friendly.
