This app is great and very user-friendly. Makes appointment booking really easy, and there are many ways to customize it to your liking. The customer service is INCREDIBLE. Theo was super helpful, patient, and went above and beyond in fixing some of the issues I was running into. Would recommend this app to anyone looking to use appointment booking on their website!

Il processo di prenotazione presenta alcune limitazioni che potrebbero essere migliorate, ma in generale offre un prodotto di prenotare appuntamenti migliore degli altri sul mercato.
L'assistenza via chat è velocissima nel rispondere.

So far i am trying to integrate Cowlender into my cart/checkout - This is not how it is designed to work so it is taking a bit of coding. I have not completed this task yet but hope to do so before my trial period is finished. There are some challenges in doing so but the calendar and booking process is very good. If anyone is looking for a straight forward booking process this is a very good option.

Por acaso, não sou uma pessoa que perceba muito de sites e etc, quis aqui fazer um site para reservas Shopify plus cowlendar ( pode visitar em sallabar.com ) .
Pois estive muitas horas por mim mesmo, na app cowlendar, pois eu sozinho não estava a conseguir concluir o que eu pretendia, um simples web-site de reservas .
No entanto, dentro de as configurações, eu procurava uma muito especifica, e comecei a falar no chat da app cowlendar .
O chat sempre impecável, super educado, e super flexível e extraordinariamente inteligente .
Eu pensava serem A.I. ( ro bots ... bots ) , mas não....não são bots....são mesmo pessoas . Honestamente o que me foi resolvido, foi mesmo por Humanos, não por bots . Parecem Bots, mas, são pessoas.
Consegui aqui com este chat da cowlendar 5 estrelas, resolver algo que me estava a frustar muito, sem o chat seria impossível ter resolvido.
Aconselho cowlendar & Shopify .
p.s. - a app que interliga com Shopify, tem o seu próprio chat .

Penso até que por o chat ter uma equipe de Humanos, deveria também, no fim, ter opção de pessoas, que como no meu caso, obtiveram uma brilhante ajuda do chat , e nos poupa tempo e livra de frustrações, e tempo é dinheiro, e deveria a hipótese a mim como usuário final do chat, pode ter a opção de poder dar uma gorjeta ao chat team , melhor ainda do que uma sacada de 5 estrelas, como nos é tão gentilmente pedida.
