I had the very fortunate experience of having Mateo to help me today with my Cowlender. I could not work out for the life of me where to start and what direction to go. He was there by my side for over an hour answering every confusing request and question I had in getting my website and Cowlender to work as a team. I am a chef and know nothing about IT and to have Mateo as clear and concise as he was I feel that now I have an enormous weight off my shoulders and my website and Cowlender are working together to make me money. Which is what it is all about. I need time to be a chef and to have my IT side of my business making my life easier and giving me back precious time to do what I do best.

We are so thankful for this app. We have a road trip with multiple events over the span of two weeks. We were looking for a solution that can make the checkout process easy and organized on the backend and this is it. The customer service is A1 as well. Every time I had a question, no matter what time of day, they always responded and took care of anything that I didn't understand. We released our booking today and it worked seamlessly. We sold out in one hour and absolutely no issues. Thank you guys for what you do and we appreciate your hard work and attention to detail.

I had a small issue that was self inflicted as I am not too tech saavy. I reached out to support and Mateo answered my message within 10 minutes. He fixed the issue right away and even went a bit further as to add some details in there that he could sense I was struggling with doing myself. He was quick, efficient and very friendly to work with. 5 stars fir customer service!

Anna and Theo was super nice and patient with my questions, both of them answered all my doubt very clearly and with all the details, i'm glad they helped me through it.

answering all my questions and ensuring everything went smoothly. They even provided step-by-step links,
making it easy for me to follow along and accomplish exactly what I needed.
When they couldn't resolve an issue, the app founder Léo stepped in and successfully fixed everything I had been struggling with on my own. I truly appreciate the time they took to help me.

Theo was AMAZING!! Def deserves a raise!! We chatted for 1-2 hrs trying to figure out the best route for my business scheduling and invoicing. while showing me why Cowlender would benefit as well as being honest about the downside features i was looking for that i would have to upgrade.
