Appointment Booking Cowlendar

We have been using this application for a little over a year now to run multi state weight loss counseling and dietary services. Allow people to book virtual appointments and pay prior to their appointment and some of the add on and up sell features have been really nice as well. The ability to reach someone through chat has been instrumental in helping us with set up and getting everything going to our liking we greatly appreciate the service and we enjoy using it very well done on this application

I had Theo and he was amazing. I simply just wanted my account verified but by the end of our chat he helped me set up my store with the app and now I'm ready to use the app when I planned on getting this completed later down the road. Amazing customer service!

It is easy to use and whenever I need assistance Leo and his team are quick to respond and resolve my issue. I have also had customers tell me how easy it is to book an appointment. I highly recommend!

I haven't used the app much yet - actually haven't finished the setup process - but I'm writing a review on 10/09 because Mateo, the gentleman who helped me answer some questions, was very helpful! It took roughly five minutes to be connected to one another, but that's because he's a real person and not AI. It was nice to chat with someone. Thanks, Mateo!

Fantastic app! And the customer service is top, a true differentiator. You have many, many options to setup how your business works. It can be challenging, but with the help of the support team you can tailor Cowlendar exactly the way you need it.

Anna was literally a dream come true. I was planning on cancelling my subscription until she was able to log into my account and help me get everything set up, and in a fraction of the time it would've taken me. This woman deserves a raise, because she was patient, kind, uplifting, and highly professional. I hope her and I get to talk again if there's ever anything else I need from Cowlendar! :)

I can honestly say the team for Cowlendar, especially Mateo, been the best experience! The app works EXACTLY how I need it to work for my business and the customer service is STELLAR!

I have been searching for a booking system for the last 3 years that suits my needs without the work arounds and patches. I have one through 4 other apps and this one is it! It is a simple set up and works really well. If you have any issues their team is ready and willing to help with patience.
