Booking App Schedule Cowlendar

Not only does this app work great, but the support team behind it is fantastic. I've had multiple occasions where I wanted to do something unique with our bookings and every time they have been very prompt in their responses and offered multiple different ideas to find a solution. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a very capable event management platform.

My company runs a walking tour experience in Philadelphia with varying dates and times, and Cowlendar makes it extremely easy to provide customers with booking options directly from within our website. And the customer service is always extremely responsive and helpful.

This app is great, but this customer service is OUTSTANDING. They have been there through set up and into helping me add new services and features. Customer support understands what you are saying and actually takes action and helps. My business runs primarily on bookings and this app runs smooth through Shopify and makes it super easy for my customers to book.

Fantastic customer support. Ms Judy and Mr Gabreil helped me through my needs regarding the customization. the app itself is a great one, though a tiny but important feature was missing due to Shopify integration matter. I would request the developers to try to enable PayPal payment option while I use Deposit Fee function. Currently deposit function doesn't have PayPal payment. Please try to fix it ASAP if it is possible.

I tried 6 other apps and also non-apps (paid and free) before I found Cowlendar, which is the only app to do everything I need it to do without being overwhelming and costing more than what we use it for. Customer service has been awesome, every time there’s something I need help with.

I must say that the APP is GREAT, but more important is the EXTRA VALUE behind it, like THE TEAM OF PROFFESIONALS (TECHNICAL SUPPORT). I want to THANK SPECIAL MATEO for his patience, because he helped me with the configurations that I need to make it work perfect, specially because I am not an expert in this. Brilliant app, it's literally the only reason I end up staying on Shopify - as it isn't naturally the best platform for service providers. But Cowlendar makes it worth staying! Not only is the app amazing, their team is super helpful too. Alex, Anna, and Leo himself are all very patient and allow you to get things done. Couldn't recommend this app enough!

Great app! I think what sets this app apart from others is definitely their fast and great customer service live chat! Judy was very helpful in helping me troubleshooting my problems so that my store could run smoothly on opening day. I do wish their waitlist function was a little bit better in terms of prioritizing customers on the waitlist instead of freeing up the slot back onto my website. I ended up not upgrading my tier due to that. Will definitely consider upgrading once they have this function more refined!
