It helps my clients in my tutor business to make their reservations. Other than that, it's easy to use on the backend.

Multiple agents, multiple date-time customisation, all text is editable, it has nice UX for the costumer, it has integrations with google calendar. It has the flexibility to implement it per variant (which I love). Most of the features are available in the free but I still need google cal sync (pro version).
