Customer service is fantastic. I couldn’t figure out a problem I was having with my bookings, Anna from support, messaged back immediately, logged into my account and diagnosed the problem.

Anna then provided me with step by step instructions to fix the issue.

I had been trying to figure it out for weeks and Anna fixed it in 2 minutes. Great app, great product, great customer service.

If you're not using Cowlendar for your business you're missing out. Leo, was beyond helpful. I had an issue with one of my appointment bookings and Leo resolved my issue FAST. I didn't think my issue was going to get resolved until Monday since it's Sunday morning. When they say 24/7 help they mean it. Do yourself a favor and add Cowlendar to your site. You will not regret it.

This is my second time using this app and I LOVE IT for coaching. It's simple to set up, has all the bells and whistles I need to get clients booked easily for online coaching sessions, and at a faction of the cost of other coaching sites. The cusotmer service is also great, Mateo go the branding removed withing a few minuets so that I was up and running!

They are great, incredibly friendly, and overall a delight to deal with. Mateo in particular always offers help whenever I am using the app and has quick solutions to every issue. Would recommend! 10/10.

I'm new to the application and I'm glad that I decided to chose it. Cowlender has excellent customer service which is absolutely important for me and my business. I love the efficiently they have throughout the whole team Leo, Theo and Mateo and they are super friendly as well. Looking forward to working with them as I will be launching my store soon thanks to them. Ohh and Leo, It's Ty. Thank you once again it is certainly comforting knowing that you'll are always available to help.

I recently started using this app and encountered some features that I wasn't sure how to use and had a few questions. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the support I received from Leo, the founder of the app. Leo was incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything in detail, making it easy for me to follow the steps to set up the app properly. Having such a responsive support team is incredibly important, especially for someone like me who isn't very tech-savvy. It really made the whole experience a lot easier and more enjoyable. Kudos to Leo and the team for their excellent support!

The overall system and the UI of the settings screen are certainly convenient.

However, the 'Use advanced configuration over settings' feature in My Services does not work. You mentioned it was an issue with Japanese, but the problem persists in English as well.

Since Global Calendar translation reflects changes without any issues, even with Japanese 2-byte characters, it's clear the issue lies with the 'Use advanced configuration over settings' feature. You've suggested using Global Calendar translation because it's a Japanese issue.

Does this API use a different Unicode only for 'Use advanced configuration over settings'? Isn't the response itself questionable?

Also, I think the overall UI and UX of the Team portal, available from the ULTRA plan, should be reconsidered. I've paid the fee, so I'll try using it along with some tests.

I will revise my evaluation since there has been positive communication regarding the resolution of the issue.
