Great App for forms on our website! We have been using it since switching to Shopify and it has worked well for us. Customer support has also been great and always helped us fix any issues we have. Highly recommend this App!
Great forms, great support and super quick response. Totally added a big plus to my Shopify site with forms that are detailed, responsive and work well! So happy with my choice here

Hey, As checked and updated you that you were manually unsubscribed from our email, that is the reason for not receiving the email. It was not our application bug.

"All Features" in the free plan... apparently doesn't include all features, the file upload feature was not available. wasted time making a form for it to tell me I couldn't add an essential feature that I downloaded the app for.
