Craftybase Inventory

Craftybase has definitely been a life saver! I have been using it for about 7 years now. It allows you to enter your materials/purchases/pricing, create recipes and streamlines the inventory process!
Gives suggestions on what items should be priced at. I have had a few hiccups with it, but customer service has been good.
I didn't like their recent price hike and requirements within each tier, but they are much more affordable than others that I have looked into.

In my experience the customer service and support is second to none. It’s taken me a while to streamline all of my materials, products and manufactures but if I get stuck I’ve been able to email the support crew and I get a lengthy, well thought out response within a day. I really do feel as if these guys are trying to make the app work in the best way possible for me. As an app, there are bits that are a bit clunky but on the whole it has helped my business enormously and I’m so glad that I found it!!

Craftybase has been a game changer. It helps me keep track of my both my material and product inventory. It also helps me price my products correctly.

I am so disappointed in crafty base because I have heard many great things about them. I was charged the studio fee. I was not given access to all the information I put in while on the trial nor anything else. Then I email over and over about this because they do not have live chat. I then was allowed in after some time passed. but wait for it... I was kicked out again and the only tab that was open was the cancel your subscription. This is the most frustrating thing ever. I put in so many hours of material for my business during the trial just to have to find another company. This is so unprofessional. I went a whole day and could not accomplish anything.

I love Craftybase and how it helps me manage my inventory and finances. The integration with Shopify is smooth and does exactly what I want it to do.
