Our team was so surprised that Shopify didn't put any effort into the way their Related Items generated. AMAZING support! I installed the Cross-Sell app last night and didn't like the default headline treatment and formatting. I emailed the team, and within MINUTES, Stuart responded and jumped on fixing it. Using the app is easy--it's easy to tag products and it looks great on my PDP's. Highly recommend.

Absolutely AMAZING service to match the amazing app!

As a data and feature junkie, this is pretty streamlined. Might wish for a few more customizations, but their customer service is awesome, they helped my troglodyte ass set the thing up, batted about Matrix references, and after they got it working properly for me, it took me only a couple of hours to set up custom cross product recommendations for 150 items. You won't be disappointed in this app, and I'm sure if I understood coding, I would like it even more. It's, like, 4 3/4 stars rounded up, not flawless, but it does it job really well.

This app is everything I was looking for. You can manually pick your items so it can be very custom. Also the auto scroll feature is the best! Highly recommend. Also the support is very helpful!!
