Cross Sell & Upsell by SSC

Cross sell does exactly what it's supposed to do. We have 5k products, and related suggestions boosts our sales. The app is easy to use, and customization is quite easy as well. Their support and customer service is excellent as well. I've come to expect an e-mail response within a day of I have a question. A+

Great app and really excellent service. I'm not good on computers so I ticked the box asking for help with installation - I was really amazed by the level of help given. I'm using the Kagami theme and Stuart has made the app fit in beautifully. Really pleased with the result and cannot recommend them highly enough.

I cannot recommend this App highly enough. I sell swimwear and really needed to show briefs with bikini tops. Shopify's random recommended products were nonsensical on the page - showing more bikini tops next to bikinis. I tried two other Apps but they didn't work with my template and based on my experience, they can't achieve customised product by product cross sells.
This App really works and it's easy to change the font sizes and colours.
The support was excellent too. I got an answer to a question immediately over the weekend.

Also, if you put something in the cart you'll see the 'Before you checkout have you considered.....?' recommended products which always show up (generic products I'm keen to upsell).
Do persevere if you've had trouble with other Apps. This one is worth it.

Stuart contacted me shortly after we installed our app and offered to customize the look and feel to fit our site. How cool is that?
Plus, they went above and beyond the call of duty and created some new logic for us so that if a product was in the cart then it wouldn't display as a cross sell product.

A neat app that provides really flexible customisation of cross-sell items. We contacted Support over a configuration issue and got really quick feedback and a resolution customised to our site in quick time. Very happy and highly recommend!

I've been working with this app for a while now. I've had two theme changes since I started, and both times someone from Cross-Sell (Stuart this most recent time) personally went in to install the necessary changes. The app might not work perfectly with your theme, depending how it is designed, but these guys will go in and make it work. They do great work, do it fast, and are very friendly.

On top of that, it's an effective app. After installing it I noticed an increase in sales, and regularly see in my Shopify stats where people are checking out my related items.

Really easy to use and the perfect solution for cross selling on a website.
