I love this app it is so easy to set up custom cross sales!!!
Customization was done super efficiently and effectively. Good support is one of the keys to a great software.

2 weeks ago, we made an inquiry to the support team due to a price problem on our website, but we got no reply.
With all these high ratings, we would expect more of a quicker response.

The support team has responded to us. We got a detailed explanation on how to fix our issue and everything is working fine now.
We just started to use Cross Sell again and it immediately started to show results. It is very easy to use and assigning Cross Sells and Upsells to products is a smooth process.
Also, the tech support is very quick to respond and works fast to resolve any issues.
