No BS when I say it's an easy to use and install app. It does the job VERY well and looks clean. Also, there's staff that are able to help you install or configure whatever you need, 24-7. Best app around.

I used this app to suggest products to customers visiting specific page. The suggested cross sell items would pop up and disappear in less than 2 seconds, which was part of my theme's set up. I contacted Josh at Cross Sell and he was enthusiastic to resolve my issue promptly sending me video on showing me how I could make the change in setting. I'm happy with their prompt service.

Can't recommend this app enough if you need a replacement for the standard shopify product recommendations which are pretty much useless, or you actually want to setup up cross sells.
