Great app , they even set it all up for me within half an hour of installing.
Only installed this yesterday and I am already very happy with it. Looks great on the my store, and I am sure it is going to bring in some extra sales. Also great customer service from Stuart!

I installed this app as it was recommended to us by another app. Unfortunately the support for the app is very slow and I am getting only 1 reply every 24 hours if I am lucky.
Its been nearly a month since we installed the app and we are still yet to have a working feature which we are paying for.
It could potentially be a good app, however I can't comment as I can not get any help from there team to actually get this up and running in our store.
They also have a live chat feature within the app, however there is never anyone on the live chat and you are advised to send emails.
Don't install this app unless you are willing to wait over a month for support if it doesn't work when first installing.

Had a few questions getting set up and Cross-Sell helped our right away! We are up and running and love the idea of targeted items. The app is well priced and easy to get going. A request is to be able to set default cross sells by category or tags.
