I tried all the crowdfunding apps available on the app store and this is the best one I found! I was a bit worried about how the process would go to get in touch w/ the support team to set up the code, but it went perfectly! The team is super responsive, professional and takes the time to fix all your concerns and answer your questions. I'm really glad I found this app, it's easy to use and does exactly what it promises.
I asked for help to the developers to configure the frontend of the application. I got in touch with someone via email. After a few messages I got no further updates from them. Zero customer service even after I sent 2 emails asking for updates. I've been completely forgotten. I don't understand. I have no choice but to find another application with a better customer service. I'm very disapointed.

The App is easy to use and has been a great help with raising money for our Charity partner. Even better is the customer service. I accidentally disabled the app functionality while messing with the code to customise our store and they had it fixed within a day. Very helpful.
