very unsatisfied with CJ dont deserve not a single star.cusotmer placed order 17JAN and on whats app they have told me customer order black color but only white available. Customer confirmed white color and on 20 JAN i asked for order status and on whatsapp agent told me i have to wait as order processing time is 3 to 5days and today 22/01/2024 after 5days they telling its completely out of stock. Pathetic. Their review section reply these are just autamed machines but in real they dont care at all
This app is pure business destroyer. People! be very aware I feel sorry when I see new users leaving positive reviews because CJ agent told them so. This app have an evil strategy to put pressure on new users for positive reviews. This app focus on pleasing new users till they open their store and get sales that the hell starts. I've tried all my best to inform shopify about their tactics and gave screenshots, Shopify said it's horrible and they are invastigating. I had their agent adding me in whatsapp begging me to remove facebook post about not processed order ( I wish I can show you screenshots guys) He told me I'm depressed because you left a negative post. he told me I will give you coupons if you remove it ( he never did and he ignored my messages after I deleted my post) He begged me to leave good reviews on shopify, trustpilot, facebook ... etc PEOPLE do not work with CJ!! I challenge you to find 1 real succesful story of anyone who worked with CJ. You will never find a real story about anyone who made good money with them NEVER!!

If you want to lose your business and get constant bad reviews, just use the CJ Dropshipping app. I've had enough! After placing an order, you find out a week later that the product is out of stock. This has happened six times, damaging my business significantly. I am extremely disappointed.
This dropshipping site turned out to be a complete disappointment. Let's start with the quality of the products - it was subpar, not matching the descriptions. Many items arrived damaged, and getting a refund became a real headache. The delivery times were significantly longer than stated, rendering my business less efficient.
The site also failed to provide adequate customer support. My inquiries about order statuses and refund issues went unanswered. The website interface is challenging to navigate, and product information is incredibly unclear.
In the end, I not only lost time but also money. I strongly advise avoiding this site if you're serious about pursuing dropshipping and building a sustainable business.
The first product I decided to dropship is being delayed by cj dropshipping by over a MONTH. All they can do is say sorry but not do anything to solve the issue. Truly a broken system. Would not recommend.
i cant even log in this site has some major issues that need to be fixed. i would write about this issues in more detail but why waste time.

Do NOT waste your time and money with these guys! Worst customer support experience ever! They lie, the make empty promises, they blame each other, and never deliver. Their user interface is so ridiculously complex and ugly and useless! I wish I could give them -5 stars!! And Shopify has to do a better job vetting these apps AND managing them... that's part of their value prop. So, it turns we can not have more than one supplier app connected to a Shopify store, as we run the risk of those apps having access to orders placed for other apps. Case in point, among our CJ orders we found orders meant for Oberlo!

WORST DROPSHIPPING AND UNETHICAL BUSINESS THEY ARE RUNNING. I AM SURPRISED HOW THEY ARE NOT SHUT DOWN. ORDERS TAKE OVER 10 DAYS PROCESSING AND THEY LIE ABOUT DISPATCHING THE ORDERS WHEN THE ORDERS ARE SITTING IN THEIR WAREHOUSE UNTIL YOU BRING IT UP AND SUBMIT A DISPUTE THEN THEY SHIP IT OUT AFTER 15-20 DAYS..SO IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO SKIP ALL THIS HEADACHE..PLEASE QUIT THEM NOW. OTHERWISE NO MATTER IF YOU HAVE BEEN DROPSHIPPING FOR A FEW MONTHS OR A FEW YRS IT WILL TAKE THEM ONLY A FEW DAYS TO RUIN YOUR BUSINESS

Some of the shops on CJ are scam suppliers. When I brought this to CJs attention the deleted my account instead of resolving the issue.
