CJdropshipping: Much Faster

Boo, Absolutely the worst supplier I have ever had the misfortune to work with. Only use them if you want your customers to wait 8 to 10 weeks for product delivery.

I had a good experience since the beginning for the moment. No matter which advisor answers me, the support is always very fast and friendly.

CJ is a live saver for beginners, especially when you are starting with dropshipping. I’ve had few headaches these days and decided to reach out to my assigned agent. I would like to say that Alexis Wong has been incredible. She took time to speak with me and understand the issues. She also managed to help me as well and I’m very happy with that.

Apart from what CJ offers generically, this 5 star is for April. I must say the communication part of CJ is really good. April has been in communicating with me on several matters for a long time. She is always considerate, punctual & very helpful. Impressive customer service.
