I'm relatively new to CJdropshipping and so far, I've had a positive experience with their customer support team. I've had the pleasure of interacting with several agents, all of whom have been exceptionally friendly and helpful. In particular, I recently had a chat with Chris Qian, and I was thoroughly impressed by his knowledge and assistance regarding packaging options, specifically the boxes and thank you cards. Chris was patient with me and took the time to explain the storage fee and provided valuable advice tailored to my needs as a newcomer in the business. The app itself works great. All of the agents have been super helpful and respond very quickly, especially Victoria Wang. She helped me fix an issue with the picture being of the wrong product. The app is very easy to use and they have a wide variety of products with fast and relatively cheap shipping with tracking numbers provided. Highly recommend.
