CJ app has very limited functions compared to their web. I used to install but found it's not helpful. Need further improvement.

Bellica is very good to work with. I had an issue regarding shipping and wanted to avoid a specific courier. Bellica listened to my concern and allowed me to select which couriers to use for my business. On top of that, when bringing up queries she was there to answer them most times of the day, and she always responds and follows up with my questions going out of her way to keep me updated!

Angel Li is an excellent customer service agent. They’re friendly, efficient, and always quick to solve any issues. Angel makes sure customers feel heard and taken care of providing great support every time
