I have just started working with the CJdropshipping. I was really confused at many things and did not know how to proceed when received orders. And how to track the information for the order. I’m been using CJ Dropshipping from the beginning of my store. It is a very broad product based platform, which is very helpful, and even if the product you’re searching for is not on the platform you can still post a sourcing request. As I encounter problem, the customer service were very friendly and very effective on the time of replying my message and helping my issue, which makes it so much easier for store owner. I’ve been assign to this wonderful agent name Raymond, which based in China. Raymond is very friendly and helpful in the sense that even after he gave me the solution for that particular issue, Raymond went on further to provide more solutions for me the next day, which is an amazing effort from Raymond.
