CJdropshipping: Much Faster

I love this app, it is easy to find and order products, and the customer service is 100% on-point. They are 24/7 live actual people who are always ready to help you with any problem and they walk you through each challenge in a way that leaves you satisfied. Alex Chen was especially helpful and truly understood my problem and how to address it. I highly recommend the app. They do have longer processing and shipping times if you do not have inventory purchased already in the warehouse which is why I am giving a 4 not 5 star review.

Yes I would recommend this app to many people because the service is excellent. Even when I had a technical problem. Your fast thinking employee Mr Garrison Wong help me through the drop shopping process to send your products to my online store. He was patient and helpful late night hours. I am very new to dropshipping business. CJ is making my life much easier and their customer service is very helpful and very quick to respond. The shipping timings are so much better. One small improvement I would suggest is to include some kind of small gift cards for customers to write their messages.

I would of course recommend CJ. But the best thing about CJ Dropshipping is, by far, my customer support person, See. I had to use a few people due to the time difference but I quickly learned that it was well worth my time to wait and do all of my business with See. She was so patient with me, and was able to answer most of my questions and when she couldn’t she was very quick to find someone who could. I can’t believe my luck to be assigned to See!!!!
