I honestly didn't expect someone to answer since it is a Holiday, but Billy answered all of my questions and responded so quickly I couldn't believe it. I had recently set up my drop shipping store and thought that my orders were fulfilled once I hit fulfilled in my shopify store. Come to find out that was not the case. The items were not shipped. After I contacted my agent, Eliana Ho, she was able to help me to navigate throughout my shopify store to get my orders unfulfilled and synced with cj dropshipping so that they could be sent out.
