Great app and service. Very good dropshipping service to use on shopify. My help rep Bonnie was very good at helping with issue. My other rep , Amy is also amazing . They all know what they are doing.

Sena has been so helpful with every inquiry. Quick to respond and doesn't only send links to 'how to' pages, but helps with each step and makes sure that everything is taken care of. The live agent is key.

Also have to mention Murphy Hu is my hero, I made some mistakes and he was so helpful in fixing the issue as well as explaining the situation. The customer service is amazing with this company.
