I've been having a problem getting my orders processed and payment. I talked to the bank and tried Sam on CJ website. I had asked for assistance yesterday and got nowhere, But Today I had the pleasure of working with Bill SHI. Bill was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend Bill to everybody. It took less than 5 minutes to get my orders processed and paid.

CJ Dropshipping is a fantastic platform, especially for beginners. It's easy to navigate and offers a wide range of products. Joy, my account manager, has been incredibly helpful throughout my experience. She always tries her best to make all the adjustments I need, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Highly recommend!

I installed this app four months ago. Technically, the app was easy to integrate into my Shopify account and worked almost immediately.

Problems immediately arose in the processing of my orders. The delivery of the first order turned out to be incomplete and took several weeks.

When a large shipment was not delivered at all, customer service appeared to offer no help. I was advised to contact DHL, after which DHL referred me back to JCdropshipping.

Requests to JCdropshipping for refund or resend were never answered. I lost my trust in this "supplier" and lost my payments. Think carefully before installing this app.

Dealing with agents like Billy have made my experience very pleasin with CJ, my previous agent was also amazing and went out of his way to give me the best prices and experience
