CJ Droppshipping SUCKS big time!
I have orders that have been in the "processing" stage since January 25th, today is February 12th!!!! I've been chatting with customer service every night for weeks, and each time I get a different reason as to why my orders haven't been mailed. My customers are starting to ask for refunds now. Every day I get at least two emails requesting refunds from customers. CJ Droppshipping SUCKS big time!

Joanna is driving me crazy. I have been trying for a whole morning to clarify the situation of only three orders, but it is being totally impossible. She tells me that they have been sent when they have not. The status clearly indicates that the orders have not yet been processed. I told him that if he is not sure of the information, to check it with his colleagues, but to confirm the correct status of the orders, what cannot be is that he is teasing me for shutting up my mouth !!!! ! I am very angry with this situation, I have been consulting the status of those three orders for days and days but I still have not received any response. Nobody clarifies absolutely anything to me !!!!!

CJ dropshipping ist the best platform. The quality of the products are insane and the support is very good. I have a personal agent and i can contact her every time and i get a fast answer for my questions.

Pour un débutant c'est très compliqué de tout comprendre. Il y a beaucoup de chose à prendre en compte et rien n'est simple. Il faut donc toujours être en train de demander conseil à son agent et les réponses ne sont pas tout le temps celle attendue. Cependant c'est un très con site
