A great app for dropshipping. The customer support is great. Isla Wu, my agent on CJ helped me save with coupons and is always available for any kind of support.

It's not bad app for the beggining, I just wish shipping was faster. Alina Liu was supporting me on the chat and was able to answer all my questions

CJ Dropshipping was an amazing choice for my first start up. They are so easy to manage and very friendly workers. Joean Gu has been the best agent I can imagine. Any time I have any issue he always gets it resolved, he also is great at negotiating pricing with manufacturers, and always answers as efficiently as possible. If you are just starting out and don't know what company to work with I always recommend CJ Dropshipping, and if you are lucky enough you will get Joean Gu as an agent.

No other place to source products. Fionnula from customer support spent almost an hour with me on live chat making sure everything was setup correctly and helped me fix some issues I had. Got everything up and running smoothly.

CJ Droppshipping SUCKS big time!
I have orders that have been in the "processing" stage since January 25th, today is February 12th!!!! I've been chatting with customer service every night for weeks, and each time I get a different reason as to why my orders haven't been mailed. My customers are starting to ask for refunds now. Every day I get at least two emails requesting refunds from customers. CJ Droppshipping SUCKS big time!

Nina is an amazing agent. She is understanding, patient and very helpful. I contacted CJDropshpping customer service, and was lucky enough to have Hallie Hu as my agent. She was very approachable and went above and beyond to help me answer my questions, which made my experience very pleasant. I would definitely recommend her for her excellent customer service.

Joanna is driving me crazy. I have been trying for a whole morning to clarify the situation of only three orders, but it is being totally impossible. She tells me that they have been sent when they have not. The status clearly indicates that the orders have not yet been processed. I told him that if he is not sure of the information, to check it with his colleagues, but to confirm the correct status of the orders, what cannot be is that he is teasing me for shutting up my mouth !!!! ! I am very angry with this situation, I have been consulting the status of those three orders for days and days but I still have not received any response. Nobody clarifies absolutely anything to me !!!!!
