Throughout my journey as a Shopify store owner, I've encountered various suppliers and agents, but none have matched the level of dedication and professionalism demonstrated by Vincy and the CJ Dropshipping team. Their seamless assistance and commitment to excellence have truly set them apart in the industry.

I am using CJ to fulfill my orders, and Lea Zhang is the person who directly supports me. She always answers questions quickly and accurately, and I always get what I need.
Bin Han is my direct support with CJ Drop Shipping and they go above and beyond to help me with any inquiries, trouble shooting or sourcing. Always responds quickly and always incredibly helpful.
I just started it's been a few months, I had no difficulty adapting to the application, it's very easy and you find tips that will allow you to understand better. The agents are very friendly I had a good experience with agent Ruth, they answer at any time and help you to unblock you if necessary.
I want to give a huge thanks to Ayden. He is probably the biggest reason I ended up choosing to stay and use Cj Dropshipping versus other similar apps. Hes been such a great help and really delivers the best customer service I have ever had! Great agent and I love using the service!
I like the dropshipping business model is great. But with adding Google came another irritating problem and that the GTIN. Which this number should be provided by the suppliers. If this number is MPN, SKU, or UPC then the sku's should automatically be entered into both Barcode and SKU field. A small business owner cannot afford $250.00/$30.00 for each barcode to pay out to another company. We pay more for product as dropshippers, more for shipping and wait longer for delivery to customers. We pay other fees on top of shipping fees. There is a lot of product that doesn't match the actual picture shown. So we are subject to more returns or just unable to retain customers because of the low quality product. Somehow the Shopify owner ends up spending more time try to correct issues in order to list product to reach more customers.

I changed the payment method, but forgot to cancel the orders, resulting in double charges, first through PayPal, and then with the Mastercard. As a result, I couldn't locate the transactions with PayPal anymore. My agent Flo went above and beyond to assist me, not only in resolving the payment issue but also in unlocking my account. Flo's assistance was instrumental in getting my account back on track, and I'm extremely satisfied with the support and service I received. Thank you for your outstanding assistance!
