The app is actually great, it integrates very well and there are some issues at times which causes problem however they are improving constantly. The price changes are only negative however the app itself and the system is well designed, it could prove to be very beneficial for some. The customer service has to be the best part of it, I was assigned a personal agent named Juniper and she has been amazing with me, always trying her best to resolve any issues that were caused, and even worked overtime occasionally just to resolve issues.

Overall I'm very satisfied so far. My personal CJ agent Lena is providing me with great support on a daily basis and is taking care of my business. The platform is great to use and it is veryefficient to submit sourcing request and receive answers. Would definitely recommend.
