CJdropshipping: Much Faster

Arina Dong - Awesome service, helped with all my questions and has been very understanding. Kept persevering and solved all my problems.

CJ is an outstanding app. I rarely encounter issues, but when I do, I can trust their customer service team to help. They provide personal agents who are both professional and polite, assisting with any concerns that arise. Every agent I've worked with so far has been exceptional.

My current agent, Doki Huang, has been nothing but incredible. She always responds promptly to my inquiries with detailed information and goes above and beyond to ensure my concerns are addressed. For instance, I recently had an issue with a payment, but once I reached out to her, she was able to identify and resolve the problem within a day. Additionally, she simultaneously helped me deal with another issue I wasn't even aware of, preventing any major delays in the supply chain. I'm truly glad I was paired with her and chose CJ as my sourcing agent.

Everything is working smoothly and my agent April is very reactive. CJ is the best dropshipping app you can use.

Much slower. 20 DAYS! Most of the orders still not shipped, and they can't say a reason. This might be fatal for my store. They work ok only if you keep stock for 1-5 SKU no more. They have no brains to process more complex tasks

CJ always does great a job with response time and customer service. Jolie is one of my favorite representatives and she does her job very well.
