The app itself works great. All of the agents have been super helpful and respond very quickly, especially Victoria Wang. She helped me fix an issue with the picture being of the wrong product. The app is very easy to use and they have a wide variety of products with fast and relatively cheap shipping with tracking numbers provided. Highly recommend.
