Good platform with a large selection of products and competitive prices. However, product info is often incomplete or missing. Leah was very helpful in providing the needed details.

Really good service. Especially the agent assigned to me named Raymond is very cooperative and efficient. When ever i needed any help regarding shipping, fullfilment or return and refund dispute, he is available to help even at late night. So my 5 stars are for both Cj and for Raymond too.

Great site for dropshipping products! Moreover, if you need any additional information on the product, I was very satisfied with my customer support Leon Chen, who was very helpful and and answered my questions very fast.

The only cons I would see are that there are a lot of products without reviews or some products are not so easy to find

CJ is a very good website to get a bunch of products to sell, they offer good services and have good communication. Joean Gu one of my supports helps answer many of my questions and struggles i may face. The main complaint i could have with CJ can be shipping and vague product description and pictures. Though these are not 100% CJs fault which is why its still 5 stars.
