I did not get any help from CJ. When I create my store at Shopify ( shop416.com) I have to move my domain to Shopify and i lost my email access as provider change. and Shopify does not have emaill service system. CJ automation block me constantly to ask to verify email. They should have system using AI to understand the issue. Now i can not access even having shopify store.

i like cj dropshipping because you have here very good and fast delivery the products are also cool and you can order a product which is not available and they search it for your. Alisa was helping me in every case and was very friendly, did i ask for something she did always help me. So i can recommend you to use this cj-dropshipping.
I am satisfied with their customer service. My agent is very responsible to help me get the better quoted price, and respond to every of my questions. I wish I can get longer business partner with them, and boost up my store sales as well. Recommended! :)
I started using this app and thought great they have a USA warehouse. I am a new store and my first order with them and I try seems to be good until. I get a email saying that the product is not at the warehouse. So much for building trust with my customers and now I have t ok explain their inability to keep things updated. I will now have to take all their stuff off my store before it sells. Update: Had a second problem with an order from an US warehouse. Wendy Waun was great and professional at diagnosing and fixing the problem. But 2 problems in the first two orders ....

I just started using CJ a month ago, and I have to say, it has not been going well. I listed and successfully sourced a handful of products. Got many orders from my customers and was notified by my agent that half of the products were out of stock AFTER MORE THAN A WEEK of placing the order, even after they "successfully" sourced the items. Now, I have to refund hundreds of dollars to my customers. This was a problem I was trying to avoid when switching to CJ, but unfortunetely, it turned into more of a problem for my business. I had a better experience with AliExpress and Oberlo. I do not recommend CJ for dropshipping. I will now have to switch to a real sourcing agent to handle all of my orders.

I heard about CJ but I had no idea that it was the solution to a lot of but problems and fewer hits, with the help of my agent Alisa who helps me a lot I can say that my business is in constant evolution.
Awesome APP, processing and shipping time by CJPacket is still very fast during the coronavirus. Saved my dropshipping life, much better than Aliexpress.
