CJdropshipping: Much Faster

Steph Zhu one of the customer service agents helped me understand the intricacies of the logistics chain and how additional charges can show up after an order and why. She took the time to help me until I was satisfied and got the answers I wanted.

My experience so far with CJ has been good. Kristy is very helpful with any problems I have run into. Joean Gu and Arina Dong are also very helpful.
Gildan Wu is also very helpful with any questions I have! :)

Based on my experiences, I do NOT recommend this app.
I installed this app four months ago. Technically, the app was easy to integrate into my Shopify account and worked almost immediately.

Problems immediately arose in the processing of my orders. The delivery of the first order turned out to be incomplete and took several weeks.

When a large shipment was not delivered at all, customer service appeared to offer no help. I was advised to contact DHL, after which DHL referred me back to JCdropshipping.

Requests to JCdropshipping for refund or resend were never answered. I lost my trust in this "supplier" and lost my payments. Think carefully before installing this app.
