The support from Rami Wu was excellent. The issues I had were related to how Tiktok handled the order. Rami stepped through the order to a successful completion.

Took 7-days to tell me stock was not available, even though they marked it as fulfilled after 3 days and uploaded tracking number. Additionally the stock for the item, colour and size continued to show 6k available. This is unacceptable and had to apologise to customer.

Not fast - very slow. Lost my trust and deleted all products and removed the app.

Kaycee Chen is my supplier and was extremely helpful with solving my problems in a timely manner. Nothing but a great service/team at CJ.
