Impressive Service and Customer Service

I have problem linked my CJ account with my store been settle very fast and a lot of help from Ayden (service agent) regarding any problem on my Store. You can source from Taobao and other big Chinese marketplaces if you can't find a product on their site. So, personally i'm really happy with my experience.

I had a great experience with the customer service team, especially Zoey who went above and beyond to assist me with the issue I was facing. Zoey demonstrated excellent communication skills and was very patient in listening to my concerns, which helped her to fully understand the situation.

My agent Miya huang is really perfect, she solves all my problems very quickly, without her I don't know how I would do it, she's really an extraordinary agent, her work is perfect, she's reactive. I'm very satisfied
