Do not bother with this company, clearly their star rating is from fake reviews as there is no way they are getting this many genuine reviews, not only is their store super complicated to navigate, their customer service is horrendous. I had the unfortunate "pleasure" of dealing with them today and after rating a issue with the technical side of the app the customer service agent would only help me if I removed my review! Absolutely disgusting. I have closed my account and will not be using them again. Buyers beware!

I've been having a problem getting my orders processed and payment. I talked to the bank and tried Sam on CJ website. I had asked for assistance yesterday and got nowhere, But Today I had the pleasure of working with Bill SHI. Bill was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend Bill to everybody. It took less than 5 minutes to get my orders processed and paid.
