i love this company, I use cj for about 50% of my products and they offer competitive pricing and fast shipping! I also work with a customer service representative named Jenna Zhu! She helps me so much and responds to my questions very quickly and I really believe that she maks the experience I have working with CJ so much better! Thank you all so much for your help and good work in this space!

Customer service is really quick to respond. I've communicated with Peter, Helen, and Abby, and all have been great! Update: shipping times would be the main problem I'm experiencing, so luckily I did not scale. Pretty much all of my complaints are about shipping as it takes quite long to update (yes, it's clearly listed on my site). Many packages are sitting at the destination airport for over a week with no update, and CJ isn't really able to provide any further info.

Great D2C company and good experience my agent peter is pretty nice. he goes out of the way and help it, he provide better recommendation what to do when order have several items and some time DHL express is better shipping option. Thanks

Embarrassing... I have 200+ items listed on my website from CJ - with my first 20 orders from customers almost EVERY order had an out of stock item. I was told it's normal and even when I am listing items they can't ensure items are in stock....They told me the "pieces in stock" numbers on their listings were a lie. THEN some of the items customers chose for exchanges ALSO were not available!!!! They said the best way is to purchase inventory but thats not TRUE dropshipping as their business name is "CJ DROPSHIPPING" I am so frustrated and disappointed. They say there's no way to update inventory daily but when this is your literal job...they need to find a way.
