They are getting worse. They are increasing the shipping rate while delaying orders. Delayed shipment is understood during a pandemic, but increasing the shipping rate at the same time is the worst experience.

It's so useless trash, I hate this customer service, it's 0 impact, don't waste your time for it, every product you must adding one by one, I GOT 1000+ products in my shop, how they think it's gonna happen i add all of these products one by one? I'm pretty sad because I can't give them 0 stars, 1 star is minimal. But if i can i give them -1000 stars. UPD. They call me in the morning ask me to give them one more chance, I SPEND MY WHOLE WORKING DAY TO START TO WORK WITH THEM. But nothing. IT's 100% broken web site, nothing is working there, costumer service is stupid as a fk monkeys, If they are can't make them web site working, HOW can i let them take care of my products and shipping? It's a fk joke
