I am very disappointed with CJ Dropshipping and my supplier experience. At first, everything was fine, but then things went wrong. My supplier added thank-you cards from another company to my orders without telling me. This caused big problems for my business and my reputation.
I also paid extra for fast shipping, but the delivery took even longer than the regular shipping time. It was a total waste of money.
On top of that, more than 20 orders didn’t arrive at my customers, and CJ refuses to give me a refund. My advisor, Anisa, didn’t tell me that some packages were returned to CJ. I only found out through Klarna.
This experience has been terrible for my business and my finances. I give CJ 0 out of 5 stars and do not recommend working with this company.
WIlla Chen is actually supports sellers. Very disappointing working with CJ. I put effort and they are asking me for similar items not same shows in ad.
It has been a nightmare trying to work with CJ. They take so long to dispatch the products and when I ask why is taking time, they always say there was an issue with the supplier. Customer service always tries to avoid the issue and wants to give you coupons, but they never try to solve the problems. I asked for many refunds that I had to keep on top of the whole time, otherwise, it would be pending forever. I asked my agent if there was any way to change the agent or contact someone to issue a complaint, but he always changed the subject.
I know they are more expensive than the other platforms, but at least I was expecting more efficiency, quality and good customer service, which never to happen.
Find another supplier, the stress of dealing with them is not worth and it will affect your business reputation with your customers.

I installed this app four months ago. Technically, the app was easy to integrate into my Shopify account and worked almost immediately.
Problems immediately arose in the processing of my orders. The delivery of the first order turned out to be incomplete and took several weeks.
When a large shipment was not delivered at all, customer service appeared to offer no help. I was advised to contact DHL, after which DHL referred me back to JCdropshipping.
Requests to JCdropshipping for refund or resend were never answered. I lost my trust in this "supplier" and lost my payments. Think carefully before installing this app.
Took 7-days to tell me stock was not available, even though they marked it as fulfilled after 3 days and uploaded tracking number. Additionally the stock for the item, colour and size continued to show 6k available. This is unacceptable and had to apologise to customer.
Not fast - very slow. Lost my trust and deleted all products and removed the app.
Do not bother with this company, clearly their star rating is from fake reviews as there is no way they are getting this many genuine reviews, not only is their store super complicated to navigate, their customer service is horrendous. I had the unfortunate "pleasure" of dealing with them today and after rating a issue with the technical side of the app the customer service agent would only help me if I removed my review! Absolutely disgusting. I have closed my account and will not be using them again. Buyers beware!
I was initially very positively surprised that the service was so fast when I had questions. But that was all. I tested this provider with 4 orders that have still not been sent for 2 weeks. What a cheek. I will never use this app again!
I canceled my subscription and uninstalled this app before the free trial ended because I did not like the setup of the entire app and it was useless trying to search for anything because the pages kept resetting. Really deserved zero stars but I couldn’t submit my review without marking one star. The app is a scam.
If you don't want to get scammed like me, let's list the names of all the merchants with poor-quality products. That way, our customers will be protected from bad experiences. I'll start: Renfan (So Bad).
La livraison est en moyenne de 10 jour comme aliexpress maintenant ou temu, ou en rupture de stock alors que c'est toujours en stock cher eux, et cela, même si ou leur dit de mettre à jour leurs stocks, ou alors envoyé au bout de 9 jours.
Me revoilà pour indiquer que certains clients peuvent recevoir la commande avec des frais de douane demandés au client au moment de la réception, qui n'ont pas été payés par cjdroshipping, et lorsque l'on demande le remboursement de la commande auprès de cjdropshipping, car elle repart chez eux, sachez qu'il refuse de rembourser et de payer les frais de douane, qui correspondent au frais des articles arrivant hors UE, alors que c'est à eux de faire la bonne déclaration et de payer les frais que l'on paye lorsque l'on achète l'article chez eux. Donc, ils ne paient simplement pas les frais qu'il devrait payer, en grugeant et en espérant que ça passe. Et quand cette situation arrive, il encaisse l'argent, le client ne reçoit rien, et on rembourse le client en perte sèche, car ils ne veulent ni rembourser ni payer les frais de douane.
